Allan E. Kamensky

Allan Kamensky is chief legal officer for Pinnacle Financial Partners.

he manages all legal affairs including bank, corporate and securities, regulatory issues, human resources (employment, compensation and benefits), litigation, compliance, governmental and regulatory relations. He is also responsible for identifying potential risk factors for the firm.

Kamensky previously served as executive vice president and general counsel at Synovus. Before joining the bank in 2014, he was a partner with Page, Scrantom, Sprouse, Tucker and Ford P.C. in Columbus, Georgia. He is a member of the American Bar Association.

Kamensky is on the board of directors for the Atlanta Police Foundation, Operation Hope (Southeastern) and Hand in Hand. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law.
