Matt Paluch

Chief of Staff to Kevin Blair

Matt Paluch is chief of staff to Kevin Blair for Pinnacle Financial Partners.

He previously served as chief operating officer in wholesale banking at Synovus and held various corporate and business development, investor relations and strategic finance roles at Synovus since 2010. Prior to that, Paluch worked in KPMG LLP’s transaction services group where he was responsible for global buy and sell side transactions across the financial services landscape. 

Paluch recently joined the board of directors for BHG Financial. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Notre Dame.
